Sign in to your account
One account for the shop, the dashboard and the invoices — the password rules, and what to do when one will not work.
Updated 02 Sept 2026
One account covers everything: the pages you buy from, the dashboard you manage from, and the invoices you pay. There is no second control-panel login to keep track of, and no account number — the email address you registered with is the username.

The same address works on a phone, and the session lasts until you sign out.
When the password will not work
Why is my password rejected when I am sure it is right?
An email address pasted out of a message often carries a space at the front, and the field keeps it. Type the address by hand once before deciding the password is at fault. If the reset email does not arrive within a few minutes, look in the spam folder — why mail lands there is a whole article of its own.
Choosing a password
A long phrase you can actually remember beats a short one with a symbol wedged into it. What to avoid is the predictable: your own name or birthplace, a single dictionary word, a run across the keyboard like asdfgh, a repeated character, or a sequence of digits.
The one password never to reuse here is the one on your email account. That mailbox can reset everything else you own, including this.
Do I need a special character?
No. Ten characters mixing upper case, lower case and a digit is accepted, and punctuation is welcome rather than required. A refusal repeats the whole rule rather than naming the part that is missing, so check all three.
My account says it is suspended — is that a password problem?
No, and the sign-in page will keep saying the credentials are wrong either way. A suspension is almost always an unpaid invoice, and what happens when one is overdue sets out the sequence — settling it restores access without anybody having to reset anything.
What if I no longer have that email address?
The address is what proves the account is yours, so we cannot move one over the phone. If you can still sign in, open a ticket from support and we will change it from there. If you cannot, write to us from the old address while you still have it — the contact page has the routes.
