A tour of your dashboard
Five sections, and which of your questions each one answers.
Updated 02 Sept 2026
The dashboard is deliberately small. Five sections, each answering a different kind of question, and nothing you have to configure before it is useful.
Domains
Domains lists every name on the account with its expiry date. Open one and you get the controls that belong to the name itself: auto-renew, the transfer lock, হুইজ privacy, the nameservers, the auth code, and the ডিএনএস records if the zone is with us.
Hosting
Hosting lists the plans. Each one names its server, its panel, its nameservers, and how much of the disk and ব্যান্ডউইথ allowance is gone. This is the page to read before deciding a slow site needs a bigger plan and the VPS plans are what a plan that has run out of room moves to.
Billing
Billing holds the invoices, paid and unpaid, each on its own page with what it covers and how to pay it. An overdue invoice does not quietly delete anything — what actually happens sets out the sequence and the dates.
Support
Support is a ticket thread rather than a mailbox, so the history of a problem stays with the problem. Attach what you have; a rejection message pasted in full usually saves a day.
Where do I change my password or my address?
Both belong to the account rather than to any one product, and both are reached from the dashboard once you are signed in. If you cannot sign in at all, signing in covers the recovery route.
Why can I not see a domain I know I own?
Almost always because it is on a different account — a name bought before the company had a shared login, or bought by a colleague. Names cannot be merged by asking nicely, but they can be moved between accounts.
