Almost always because SPF, DKIM or DMARC is missing or misaligned — we publish all three for you. Beyond that, reputation is per-domain and takes days to build: send to people who reply, and avoid bulk campaigns from a new domain for the first fortnight.
Can I use this with hosting elsewhere?+
Yes. Point your MX records at us and keep your website wherever it is. The two are independent.
Do you offer a free mailbox with hosting?+
Shared hosting includes mailboxes on the same server, which is fine for low volume. This product is separate infrastructure with dedicated outbound IPs and archiving — worth it once mail matters to the business.
Can I migrate existing mail?+
Yes. We run an IMAP sync from your current provider, including folders and read state, and you switch MX when it has caught up.
