Questions
Common questions.
Will automatic updates break my site?+
The update runs against a snapshot and a health check follows it. If the site returns an error or the check fails, we roll back and open a ticket rather than leaving it down.
Can I install any plugin?+
Yes, with two exceptions: caching plugins that fight our stack, and backup plugins that duplicate what we already do off-site. We list them at signup.
Do you support WooCommerce?+
Yes. Cart and checkout pages are excluded from page cache automatically, and the object cache is what makes a busy store feel fast.
Can I move an existing WordPress site here?+
We migrate it for you on any annual plan. Send cPanel access or a backup; we stage it, verify it, then switch DNS when you say so.
