Which tier should I take?+
Professional for one or two people who mostly send and receive. Business where a team needs shared mailboxes and templates. Enterprise where 50 GB an account and unlimited templates and receipts are worth the difference.
Why does the price go up after the first term?+
The first term carries an introductory rate and it renews at the standard one. Both figures are on the plan card, side by side, so the renewal is not a surprise a year later.
Can I move from Business Email to Titan?+
Yes, and the mail comes with you — Titan imports an existing mailbox and its contacts in one step. Talk to support before you start and we will time it so nothing arrives at the old address after the switch.
Do I pay per mailbox?+
Yes. The price shown is one account for the term, so five people is five times it. Add or remove accounts as the team changes.
