HostBari sells domains, hosting, email and SSL to businesses in Bangladesh. We operate the platform ourselves rather than reselling a dashboard somebody else built.

How we work

Three things we decided early

They cost more to build and they are the reason the product behaves the way it does.

Bengali first, not translated

The Bengali side has its own typography and its own numerals, and prices read the way people actually say them. It is not the English site with strings swapped.

Support that can reach the server

A technical ticket goes to someone who can open a shell on the machine your site runs on — not to a queue that forwards it there three replies later.

Prices you can check

Registration and renewal are shown side by side, before checkout. The renewal price is the one that surprises people, so we put it next to the first-year price.

Where it runs

Dhaka and Singapore

Shared and WordPress hosting run on NVMe in Dhaka, close to the people visiting the sites on it. VPS and cloud plans can sit in Dhaka or Singapore depending on where the traffic comes from. Backups are held separately from the machines they came from, which is the only arrangement worth calling a backup.
