Where we can and cannot sell
A short list of countries our suppliers cannot serve, and what that means for an account.

HostBari is a Bangladeshi company, and most of what we sell rests on infrastructure and payment rails that sit under international sanctions law. That places a small number of countries outside what we can serve, whatever we would prefer.
The restriction
Accounts, services and payments cannot be provided to customers operating from Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria or Crimea. It applies to resellers and to their customers as much as to a direct account.
What it does not mean
It is about where an account operates from, not about nationality. A Bangladeshi business trading with any of these countries is not the subject of this rule, and neither is a customer of yours who happens to be a citizen of one while living somewhere else.
What happens if an account is flagged?
It is suspended pending review rather than deleted, and we tell you. If the assessment is wrong — a mistaken address, a payment card issued abroad — say so from support with the correction, and it can be looked at again.
Does this affect where my website visitors can be?
No. This is about who holds the account and pays for it, not about who reads the site. A site hosted here is served to whoever asks for it, anywhere.
