Set up hosting you have just bought

Provisioning finishes on its own, usually within a few minutes of payment clearing. What you get is an account on a server, a control panel to manage it with, and a set of nameservers to point the domain at.

What the plan gives you

The page names the server, the panel, the nameservers, the dedicated আইপি if the plan has one, and how much of the disk and ব্যান্ডউইথ allowance is used. The username and the address of the panel are also in the message we send when provisioning finishes.

Do it in this order

Upload the site first, check it works, and point the domain last. Doing it the other way round puts visitors on an empty server for however long the upload takes.

1. Put the files on the server — uploading your site.
2. Create the mailboxes you need, before the mail records change.
3. Point the domain — changing nameservers — to ns1.hostbari.com and ns2.hostbari.com.

The certificate issues by itself once the name resolves to us, so there is nothing to buy or install for HTTPS on a shared plan.

Can I see the site before the domain points here?

Yes, and you should. The hosting page names the server the account sits on, and support can give you a temporary address that serves the account directly. Use it to confirm the upload before any visitor is sent this way.

My plan says provisioned but the site shows nothing.

An empty account serves an empty page, which is exactly what a fresh plan does before the first upload. If files are there and the site still does not appear, the domain is probably still resolving somewhere else — my site is down separates the two cases in a couple of minutes.
