Set up email on your domain
Create the mailbox, publish the records, then connect a client — in that order, because the records take time.

Mail on your own domain needs two things that are easy to do in the wrong order: a mailbox to deliver into, and ডিএনএস records that tell the world to deliver there.
1. Where the mailboxes come from
Every shared plan includes a number of mailboxes — the count is on your hosting page, and you create them in the control panel. If you want mail without hosting, or more than the plan allows, the email plans are sold on their own.
2. Publish the records
Nothing arrives until the এমএক্স records point at the mail server. If your ডিএনএস is with us, adding them is a few minutes on the domain page; if it is elsewhere, the same records go into that panel.
Add the টিএক্সটি records at the same time, not later. এসপিএফ says which servers may send as you and ডিকিম signs what they send; without both, a good part of what you send goes to spam — why that happens is worth reading once.
3. Connect a client
আইম্যাপ keeps the mailbox on the server and every device sees the same folders. পপ downloads and, by default, removes — reasonable on one machine, painful on three. Choose আইম্যাপ unless you have a specific reason.
Should I move mail and website at the same time?
No. Move the mailboxes first, confirm mail arrives, then point the website. Doing both in one change means a failure at either end looks the same from the outside.
What happens to mail sent while I am switching?
A sending server that cannot deliver keeps trying, usually for a few days, so mail sent during a short switch arrives late rather than not at all. That grace is why the এমএক্স records are worth getting right before the change rather than after.
