Bengali-first, not Bengali-translated

Most hosting companies in this market run an English platform with a translation layer. The result reads like a translation, and the words that matter most — nameserver, propagation, redemption — end up as transliterated English inside a Bengali sentence. We maintain both languages as first-class content in the same row: product names, features, knowledge-base articles, invoices and notification templates. A Bengali reader never lands on an English stub, and support replies in the language the ticket was opened in. It costs more to maintain. It also means our Bengali documentation is documentation, not a courtesy.
