Do my customers know you exist?

Only if you tell them. Nameservers, control panel branding, invoices and email all carry your identity. Our name appears nowhere in the customer-facing flow.

How does billing work?

You hold a wallet with us. Every account you create draws its reseller-rate cost from that wallet. You invoice your customer whatever you like, on whatever schedule you like.

Can I sell domains too?

Yes, at reseller registry rates, with your own margin on top. `.bd` names route through our BTCL relationship and are handled the same way as for direct customers.

What if I outgrow the plan?

Move up a tier from the portal; existing accounts stay where they are. Beyond Reseller 400 we move you onto dedicated nodes, which is a conversation rather than a checkout.
